Carnivore Pasta Noodles
Think you can’t have pasta on a meat based diet? Think again!
These delicious carnivore noodles are sure to satisfy that pasta craving and provide a way to bring your favorite pasta dishes back to your meat based approach to nutrition.

Ingredients:
3 eggs
2oz cream cheese
3 tbsp pork panko
1 tbsp dry parmesan
Steps:
Preheat oven to 350 F
Combine all ingredients in a blender
Blend until well mixed
Pour mixture onto silicone baking mat*
Spread edges with spatula
Bake 8 - 10 minutes
Allow to cool for 15 minutes
Remove from baking mat
Trim edges
Roll and cut to desired thickness (be sure not to cut on your silicone baking mat to prevent damage!)
Sauce as desired (we use alfredo when we want to stay carnivore or meat with marinara for ketovore)
