12 WEEK EAT FOR WELLNESS PROGRAM

This program walks you through from start to finish on how to Eat for Wellness, implement daily movement to improve your well-being, optimizing sleep, and much more. When you graduate you’ll have all the knowledge you need to continue on your life long wellness journey.

21 DAY KICK START PROGRAM

This program is suitable for anyone who would like an introduction to Eating for Wellness. It’s a quick introduction to get started and can be a stand alone course or a way to dive in prior to starting the 12 week program.



Our session will be

  • Personalized

    Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.

  • Targeted

    Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full body wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers.

  • Integrative

    Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, managing stress, and more.

Getting Started

It’s important to find the right coaching relationship that will work for you, with a coach who can help you meet your unique goals. The first step to working together is to complete an application for coaching, which will allow us to assess if we will be a good fit. Please fill out the application for coaching using the link below. If after reviewing your application it seems like we will be a good fit, I will reach out to you to schedule an initial consultation, which again helps determine compatibility, flush out your unique goals, and determine if we will make a good team. After the initial consultation, I will provide a recommendation for coaching and an estimate, or if we are not the right fit, I’m happy to refer you to another health coach who may be better suited to help you achieve your personal goals. There is no fee to complete an application for coaching. If we proceed with a consultation there is a one time $60 fee for the initial consultation.

How long will it take to reach my goals?

There is no one size fits all answer to this question. Every person has a unique history, nutrient needs, and their own metabolic health which can impact how quickly certain goals can be achieved, but together we will assess all of these factors and develop a plan that works for you.
