Health and Wellness Education

We’re a non-profit focused on health and wellness education, including how to improve nutrition, lose weight, exercise properly, manage stress, and improve sleep to achieve overall wellness. In an effort to share our knowledge with the most people possible, we’re prioritizing our online courses, which provide comprehensive guidance on improving your health and wellness via nutrition, movement, and more, but one on one coaching is still available on a limited basis.


Wellness Programs

 
 

This program is suitable for anyone who would like an introduction to Eating for Wellness. It’s a quick introduction to get started and can be a stand alone course or a way to dive in prior to starting the 12 week program.

This program walks you through from start to finish on how to Eat for Wellness, implement daily movement to improve your well-being, optimizing sleep, and much more. When you graduate you’ll have all the knowledge you need to continue on your life long wellness journey.
