Carnivore Mac n Cheese
For this one, I used the previously shared carnivore noodles recipe, but I cut them into small rectangles about the size of a macaroni noodle. For the sauce, I took inspiration from Carnivorous Chef’s cheese sauce recipe, which you can find here and just made a few modifications.
Sauce Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
9 oz finely shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp grated pecorino Romano cheese
1-2 oz shredded Mexican blend cheese
a few dashes of Redmond’s Real Salt
Steps:
Place the 1 cup HWC in a double broiler and warm
Whisk in 3 oz at a time of finely shredded cheddar cheese until you have all of the cheddar well combined with the HWC
Add the pecorino Romano
Add salt
Place your carnivore noodles in a bowl
Drench with delicious cheese sauce
Top with 1-2 oz shredded Mexican cheese
