Prioritizing high quality protein, embracing movement, staying hydrated, and getting quality sleep will go a long way to improving your overall wellness. These things don’t have to be hard… start small and pick one thing you can institute relatively easily today to begin prioritizing your wellness. Maybe it’s going for an walk after dinner, getting some movement in by playing with your kids, drinking an extra bottle of water (don’t forget the electrolytes - my personal favorite is LMNT Raspberry), taking some time to sit down with a good book, meditate, or even just making the time to go to bed early.
