New Protein Bread Recipe
This delicious, soft protein bread recipe is my new go to! It makes great loaves or buns! They're so soft and actually taste like real bread but with super clean ingredients including protein and fiber to help support health and wellness! If course it's gluten free and nut free too! Best of all, it's very soft like real bread, not at all chewy or foamy like so many egg white bread recipes. While this recipe is my own, I want to give two huge shout outs to Maria Emmerich, the original creator of the white bread, and Indigo Nili, who has done tons of egg white bread experiments, which ultimately lead me to experiment for myself and lead to this delicious recipe!

1 tbsp yeast
1.25 cups warm water (~105°F)
1 tbsp inulin (to feed yeast)
2 tbsp gelatin

2 tbsp acacia fiber
1 tbsp cream of tartar
2 tbsp allulose
50g egg white powder

Preheat oven to 325°F.
Mix warm water, inulin, and yeast in a mixing bowl. Allow about 5 minutes for the yeast to bloom and consume some of the inulin.
