Ketovore/Carnivore Ravioli
To make this wonderful keto ravioli simply bake provolone cheese on a silicone baking mat for 3-4 minutes at 350 F, then remove and let slightly cool, fill with your desired filling (we love ricotta cheese, some folks prefer beef or Italian sausage). I use a little cookie scooper to scoop out the perfect dollop of ricotta for each ravioli. Then place one of the baked pieces of provolone on top of the filling (MAKE SURE ITS COOLED or you will BURN yourself). Bake for another 2-3 minutes, sauce as desired. We used marinara sauce for ketovore but you could use an alfredo sauce for carnivore.
