Keto/Carnivore Spaghetti/Angel Hair Pasta
A huge thanks to Steve from Serious Keto for this one! I know he was also inspired by Keto Asian Flavors so a big shoutout to her as well! This was my first foray into anything in the molecular gastronomy world and I have to say I’m both impressed and intrigued. I thought this was going to be much harder than it actually was! Also, for all those who have been asking if you can freeze and reheat these noodles - we’ll know soon, as I put the leftovers in the freezer to test. I will say that these noodles were a bit thin for our preference, more like angel hair but that’s an easy fix! I cut the tip of the bottle back a bit to make a slightly larger opening so my next batch should be more like traditional spaghetti noodles. I actually can’t wait to make these again!
We went meat sauce (marinara and ground beef) accompanied by carnivore PSMF garlic bread but for strict carnivore you could do an alfredo or even just coat these noodles in butter for a delicious meal.
