Keto Butter Pecan Cheesecake

A good friend found this recipe on maebells.com and sent it to me. I knew right away I had to try it! I made both a typical cheesecake in a spring form pan and some mini cheesecake versions of these to share. Both were absolutely delicious! No one would ever know this was keto!
